The Brewery occupies part of Whitbread's former 18th-century brewing complex on Chiswell Street and offers several very different rooms for ceremonies, dinners and parties. Its largest space, the Porter Tun, has an antique wooden floor and exposed King Post roof and seats up to 720 for lunch or dinner. The venue operates as wet hire, with food, event management and technical production available through its in-house teams.
