How pricing works

We do not sell subscriptions and we do not sell position. You pay for one thing: a genuine enquiry from a couple who wants you to contact them. That keeps our interests and yours pointed the same way. We only earn when you get something worth having.

Listing is free

Creating and running a listing costs nothing. You can fill in your prices, photos, packages and availability, appear in search, and show up on the county pages without paying us a penny. A better, fuller listing also ranks higher, and that is free too.

You pay per lead

When a couple sends you an enquiry, their message always reaches you. You see the wedding date, guest numbers, budget and what they are looking for straight away, at no cost. You only pay when you choose to unlock their contact details so you can reply directly.

The price of a lead depends on how strong it is, for example whether the couple gave a firm date, a real budget and a phone number. It does not depend on where you appeared in search. A lead costs the same whether you were first on the page or fortieth.

Leads you should not pay for, you do not

If a lead turns out to be a dead phone number, a duplicate, spam, or plainly meant for a different kind of business, you can dispute it and the charge is refunded. The everyday cases refund automatically, with no argument, because chasing you over a small fee would cost more in goodwill than it is worth.

A free allowance to start

New listings get a run of free leads so you can see the quality before you spend anything. After that, you top up a balance and leads draw it down. You set a daily and a monthly cap, so you are never surprised by a bill.
